This is a feature to help us celebrate each other's special days. You can now view all upcoming member birthdays in one dedicated place.

How It Works
Our system will automatically display upcoming birthdays on the birthday calendar. On your actual birthday, the forum will also automatically create a birthday thread so the community can drop in and wish you well!

Your Privacy, Your Choice
The calendar strictly respects your personal privacy choices. To protect your privacy, the calendar never displays your age or birth year; it only shows your name/avatar on your birth date if your personal settings allow it. If you want to change how your birthday is displayed (or hide it completely), follow these quick steps:

1. Click on your Username/Avatar at the top right of the screen.
2. Select Account Details from the dropdown menu.
3. Scroll down to the Date of Birth section.
4. Check or uncheck these options based on your comfort level:
   • Show day and month of birth (This allows people to see the day, but hides your age).
   • Show year of birth (This displays your exact age).
5. To Opt-Out Entirely: Simply uncheck both boxes. If both are unchecked, you will never appear on the calendar, and no automated birthday thread will be made for you.
6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Want to Join the Fun?
If you didn't enter your birthday when you signed up and want to be included, just head to your Account Details, enter your Month and Day, and hit save!
