Just like the other Mercedes-Benz thread this serves to show everyone what is your favorite current Mercedes-Benz. There have been many changes in the model line up since the other thread such as the updated S-class & GL, new GLK, E-class, E-coupe and the breathtaking SLS. We all have out specific car of choice that is our main pick. Even though there entire line up is tempting, Please tell everyone your favorite Mercedes-Benz that is currently in production. Please feel free to post a picture and give DETAIL reason why it's your favorite.

Also if you feel it is absolutely necessary, please feel free to post your runner up for those who have a hard time deciding. In addition please vote in the Poll as well.

My Pick: The Mercedes-Benz S-class (S400 Hybrid, S550,S600,S63 and S65)

My reason: The S-class represents what Mercedes-Benz is all about. The design is timeless yet sophisticated with a spectacular presence. It offers the highest standards of luxury, quality, engineering and performance. Its graceful interior is above it's competitors especially considering the changes made with the facelift. The front design stands out in every setting that it is viewed in. Technology features that it has are breathtaking. On the road there is nothing like a huge sedan with a massive presence and this fits the bill. Out of the S-class the 65 AMG would be my choice. Mercedes-Benz entire line up is remarkable and the SLS just adds to perfection that Mercedes-Benz already has. My section choice would be the SLS in a heartbeat.

My personal favorite Mercs are, the Cl-S & the G! Cl-S is due for new shape soon, so gimme the G-55!

Lol...Yea they do have one amazing line up. I think my least favorite would be the SLK and R-class. Other then that every single one is perfect.

For the 2010 model year it would have to still be the SL63 AMG. So:

1. SL63 AMG
2. S65 AMG
3. CL63 AMG

For next model year, 2011....I would go with the SLS AMG.

The CLS, E and SLK looks so good in those pics though, Mercedes lineup has never looked better IMO. Only the R and the ML someonewhat look kinda blah.

CLS C219!! Stunning design - and fabulous interior. It's an outstanding car with absolutey timeless design. Would choose the 320 CDI diesel engine - makes the CLS to a great car for traveling and long distances.

Would love to have one in Designo colours.

I know what you mean ree. The CLS is like a flowing masterpiece. When ever I do buy a Benz (hopefully in the near future), it would definitely be the S-class or CLS. I just hope the next generation model is a sophisticated and sleek as the current CLS.

If I get another Benz a nicely pre-driven CLS550 will be on the short list with an E550 or SL550. The CLS is still stunning, but I get this feeling that I'm over it when I see pics, but in person it still looks great and the interior is still one Mercedes' best.

Yes, it is something about that SL that is so amazing and legendary. SLS might be wearing the superstar crown, but the SL should not be forgotten.
