Kombat T-98

Has anyone heard of the Kombat T-98 or perhaps read Russian? I read about it a few months ago and it was billed as the Russian Hummer, but faster and better armoured. The builder advertises that it can stop a rocket propelled grenade and 12.7mm shells. I can't read the specifications it list on the the website so I was wondering if some can read Russian. The English website seems to have less information.

The top of the range model is said to cost 200,000 GBP.

Yes I've heard about this car, it was at a defense exhibition. But I also saw pics of one on the streets, someone actually bought one. I'll try to find pics.

I suppose it's a little silly to place much stock in the appearance of a military vehicle, but hey, I can't say much about its actual abilities right now.

I'm just glad the Russians can still do something new in terms of military. At least there will be an alternative to the ubiquitous Hummer. It's the glimmer of hope that the mighty Russian bear hasn't fallen so far, just yet.

i remember seing a whole bunch of photos of this truck on a website a while back and didnt think to save them. i believe they also have a wagon version of this
i will look around for those pictures for you all

There are military variations, but I believe I read the Russian super-rich are buying the VIP configured variants. There's an English website, but it's not as detailed in the information. The manufacturer says the glass is 2-inches thick.
