I know most of you probably don't like Asian cars since this is the German Car Forum. However, the Toyota GT86 is actually a pretty fun car that can bring you a lot of pleasure without having to worry about flying off the road.

Could use a little stronger engine, but it's a very fun car, with very nice handling. I'd consider one, but I like the Subaru BZR version the best.

I driven GT86 three different times. Lovely little car but lacks torque at low revs.

I was downright infatuated with it upon its release. While the infatuation has cooled since, I'd still consider if I was in the market for a fun, affordable sportscar. It definitely could use an additional 40-60 more hp's, and despite the minimal aesthetic differences, I'd go for the Subie over a Toyota if the price difference is negligible.

I like how they're coming down in price now. You can pick up one with low mileage for under $20K now.

Ya the price is really unbeatable. I would definitely upgrade the engine though, either with a small turbo or a supercharger, and I bet this car will be proper fun. I like engines with low torque, but this one really lacks torque.
