I’m especially interested in how cars are actually built — press shops, body shops, paint shops, final assembly lines, quality control, and factory testing. Recently, our team had authorized access to film inside the Opel plant in Rüsselsheim, Germany, where the new Opel Astra is produced. We created a detailed factory documentary showing the full process, from steel coils and stamping to body construction, paint, final assembly, quality inspection, rain testing, and the factory test track.
