Golf Golf MK5 lost power in the tachometer

Hey guys, I have a Golf MK5 and suddenly when I was about to park at night the whole tachometer turned off. The gauges and LEDs all are off and don't work. If I restart the car, there is power to it for about a second and afterwards it slowly fades to black and turns off after 4 seconds. The turn signals, all gauges and screen don't work.

Anybody knows anything that may help? I didn't touch any wires or try to modify anything!

Possibly a problematic connection on the unit's electronic board. You either need to find someone who can repair it or source a new tachometer unit.
