OMG!!!!!

Hot on the heels of its 458 Speciale A at the recent 2014 Paris Auto Show, Ferrari has revealed the all-new F60 America which celebrates 60 years of Prancing Horse sales in the U.S. The stunning supercar is based on the F12 Berlinetta but has an all-new, open-top body.

The car will be unveiled tomorrow night at an anniversary celebration gala dinner in Beverly Hills, which will also be the final farewell for longstanding chairman Luca di Montezemolo who officially resigns the next day. The U.S. remains Ferrari’s single biggest market and di Montezemolo wanted to treat some of its most loyal customers with the special edition car.

Only 10 examples of the F60 America will be produced, and all are spoken for. The going price is said to be about $3.2 million, assuming you were one of the lucky 10 invited to purchase the car.

Almost perfect, the exterior is stunning, but that metallic red trim in the interior has to go. It is the best bespoke version of the F12, in fact the best "one off" Ferrari I have seen.

3.2 million dollars for a car whose rag top you have to get out of the car and put it on yourself and when it's on you can't drive above 75 mph? Well, f#ck you, f#ck you very much Ferrari, but I'm pretty sure there will be 10 rich arseholes who will think "Yeah, that's a f#cking great deal" and to these 10 rich arseholes I say:

I wish I was rich as you guys... But I would stick with a normal F12 Berlinetta, thank you very much.

Agree with @Monster the body looks fantastic but the half red and black interior is a bit tacky, red dash looks too shiny and plasticky

The special edition looks sporty and aggressive. I really like the interior with the red theme.

Why can't they introduce this special edition in other markets also ?

The interior was clearly styled by a communist, which explains why the left side is red and the right side isn't.

Car looks even better in these real life photos and videos. Perhaps the F12 will also get this front end at face lift time?

Best looking modern day Ferrari I have ever seen, no faults. Also love the interior.
And the rear is even better than LaFerrari imo.

The price on the other hand is insane, but then again it's an investment object and not something to drive much if at all.

Perhaps the F12 will also get this front end at face lift time?

This face will be for this car only, I'd say. If they facelift the F12 it will be minor touches.

Ferrari has delivered the first F60 America to its owner at the Palm Beach Cavallino Classic in Florida.

Dressed in beautiful Blu Nart paint, the limited edition model pays tribute to Ferrari's 60th anniversary in the United States.

Originally introduced in 2014, the F60 America is it based on the F12 Berlinetta and draws inspiration from the 1967 275 GTS-4 NART. As a result, the car features unique front and rear bumpers as well as a lightweight fabric roof that can be raised or lowered at speeds up to 75 miles per hour.

Designers also installed two leather-wrapped roll bars with carbon fiber-trimmed flying buttresses. Other notable highlights include five-spoke alloy wheels and special 60th anniversary badging on the front fenders.

Power is provided by a 6.3-liter V12 engine that produces 730 horsepower and 509 pound-feet of torque. The engine is connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission which enables the car to accelerate from 0-62 mph in just 3.1 seconds.

Production is limited to ten units and all have been spoken for despite a hefty $2.5 million price tag.
