5 Series (F10/F11/F07/F18) F10, engine fault 1C3101

Hi, I had observed the following fault during diagnosis via carly:
Engine / Motor
Fault Code: 1C3101
Fault Explanation: Motoroeldrucksensor, plausibility: pressure before engine start too high
And I feel slight vibration/shaking from the engine during car stationary
Any suggestions on the cause and any possible solution?
