Actually Diesel started going up after the hurricanes Katrina and Rita a couple of years ago and never looked back.

By the way, thanx for the list. Here I was thinking we finally caught up to the European prices. DUH!
Who knew my CLK320 would turn out to be a wise investment after all. Great on Gas compared to the S and the Range but the 'poor kid' is getting abused.

It's only a matter of time before we see these prices. Gas seems to be going up by 2 cents each day. It is currently $4.03 in my neck of the woods.

It makes me shudder to know that I may be faced with a decision to look for other gas friendly alternatives to the XDrive50i.

Can someone point me in the direction to the German Hybrid List thread, if there is such? At first I believed gas would go back down, but now I'm uncertain about such wishful thinking.

I think it's time to explore other options for mere consideration.
