PDC- are you sure , I think this is automatic parking sensor maybe ?

I don't know man, but I am not convinced this is PDC. I actually don't think so. I would like to know the reason of keeping the PDC clear of tape and ready to use on a camoed car racing the 'Ring if it really was PDC....
