3 Series e90 335i or e93 328, i need some opinions

The BMW 3 series is a line of compact executive cars manufactured by the German automaker BMW since May 1975. BMW's best selling model, it is the successor to the 02 series. Since 2013, the coupé and convertible models have been marketed as the 4 Series. The M version of the 3 series, the M3, debuted with the E30 M3 in 1986.

E90 335i all the way...

A sunroof is a good compromise imo.

Otherwise, a 335 coupe is a good way to go as well.

I've always thought, 'what's the use of sunroofs?'

We never use them on the Phaeton! :D

^ its too hot for anything but air con in singapore. when i was there it was either hot or raining...or both.

as the car, get the 335

LOL... But even at night we don't use it. I mean, it doesn't really give any feeling at all of a convertible. It's just a hole in the roof.

I was in Van Couver last August-and was happy that we had the top up... Lets just put it this way...it aint southern CA.

i'm sure you were

anyhoo, i'm actualy thinking about getting the 335i COUPE now......oi.....:eusa_doh:

thx for all of your opinions guys!

Sorry I wasn't clear enough but what I meant is that the E93 is more exclusive than the E90. It doesn't matter if it's a 335i from a distance it is still a ordinary E90 if you don't notice the pipes.

It's impossible not to see the pipes if you're behind a 335i, even from a distance.
My point is the e93 is more exclusive than an e90, but a 335i is more exclusive than the others and someone who knows his Bimmers instantly recognises a 335i when he spots one.

Besides, in a year we'll see so many 3er cabrios driving around it will hardly be exclusive anymore...

Any of both will be fine :) ...! As, look matters more to me, I'll prefer to roll in a 335i  ...!

wow, you're in a tough spot hehe.
Both are amazing cars no doubt and after you buy any of them you might wish that you got the other one hehehe.
Well if I were in your shoes, I'd think about it that way:
If I really want the 335 sedan I guess I'll have to wait a bit as a facelifted update is just around the corner, and I'd be frustrated if I had bought the last of the pre-facelifed cars (that actually happened to us when we got the A4)
But If you're aching to buy a car right now then I guess e93 328 would be the way to go.
Other things also matter of course. For instance are you a power hungry enthusiast or a more laid back type driver?
Furthermore, how often do you change cars? Is this a car that you considering keeping for a long while or are you planning on trading it in, in a year or two ?
Which ever you end getting I'm sure u'll enjoy. So chose wisely.
Me? I'm waiting for the 1 series:t-cheers:

I would go for the e93 for the simple reason that I really hate those japanese looking taillights of the e90.:t-cheers:

It depends more on you than the car itself.

The e90 335i is an incredible car in every way. It's very very fast. At least as fast as the other. But check prices carefully, there's a big difference between basic price of a BMW and when you start adding a few options.

But good luck, try both and remember, you are the one paying so buy the car for yourself and not for the others. As much fun as it is to say to people you have a BMW.
