I'm not sure if one can even get these programs on the market. It sounds like something only authorized dealerships have together with the necessary diagnostic tools.

Also, if you try to do this, this could perhaps violate any existing warranty on the car, so better check with your local dealer first. Let them do the diagnostics.

I have seen such a program and equipment on sale on the website before. I can't remember the details because I didn't think I will need it. But you can get your hands on them if you try to find it hard enough. I might give it a go on google.
