E-Class (W211) Does anyone have year by year Sales figures for the W211? And any Production Video's?

I just got to wondering as I was reading some Articles on car Sales and noticing the E and 5-Series are still battling it out for the top selling Mid-Size Luxury car (pretty impressive considering they're the most expensive and oldest running models), does anyone have year buy year Sales numbers for the W211?

Also, with all the Production Video's and Articles on the W212, I was wondering if anyone has any of the same Vids or Articles on the W211 when it was first introduced/launched?
