Ok Ok, maybe a bit confusing in that sentence,
I've called the thread "DaSilva's (That means me) new winter car,
this is 50% correct and 50% wrong..

Thing is, I bought the car and the car is registred on me.
TRUE (That makes the car mine) right ?

Second I am not the user of this car..

It is/was a present to my X-girlfriend so she could use it
to practice in when she is in the process of getting the driverslicense.

This means:
I don't use it I don't "have" it at my place
Could you really se DaSilva use such a car ??


So my XGF has the car and is the user.
But as I've said, I am the owner of this cause I've signed the paipers.
