I find this hard to believe that Mercedes can be 21 on the list is this from the US? Other countries Mercedes are in the top 5 or top 10 for consumers satisfaction.

S-class or the US-made C-class?

S-class or the US-made C-class?

S-Class started the problems in 2014 and now the 2015 C-Class is also buggy. The CLA for 2014.

I'm not sure how this will shake out next year. Hopefully Mercedes has gotten a handle on this.

The quality of the US built C-class models seems really bad, I hope the mother company in Germany have sent a task team to the US plant to sort out all the quality glitches with the production.

I just don't get how they fumbled the S. The US built C's also sound particularly bad.
