The Veyron, as the first of its kind, was a timeless car. Rivals like Koenigsegg have produced dozens of competitors, but none will be able to endure.

It is a timeless car, but I wouldn’t discount Koenigsegg of all manufactures, they’ve created novel technologies and designs throughout the years (CCX, One:1, Regera, CC850 etc). While not as reliable as Bugatti of course and different in character, I’d still want one of each manufacturer in my fantasy collection (Tourbillion and a CC850 would be perfect).

I agree with both of you! I like both, but there's no denying that the Veyron was THE Hypercar.

It's the concorde of cars. The first model to combine top performance(top speed) with luxury and ease of use.

Utterly exquisite hommage and with a meaningful back story to match. Would love to see the paint in real life. silver but with a red clear coat. Difficult to comprehend without seeing in person.

These commissions are a super way to increase revenue without inflating production numbers.

Exactly, they removed some of the chubbierness; I think basically at first glance they made it wider to achieve that effect.

At this moment I really thought they are using Veyron chassis and putting in Chiron goodies. Then the rest came out and it all revealed itself being another Chiron body-kit.

CC850 is gorgeous. I would love to see Porsche reimagine or revisit the Carrera GT.
