I'd also have no surprise if CTS-V can really beat M5 on either road or track, but again, I believe it will not be a big gap. To be honest, F10 M5 might be not very successful generation, but that's also why I'm so much looking forward to next generation M5 with lightweight construction and rumored AWD system, with these 2 weapons, new M5 will definitely take back the again.

The 30 Jahre M5 is the way to go. It`s damn expensive though (around $138,800USD) only 30 examples will be delivered here to the US. In truth, this really might be the fastest 4-door sedan on earth. The CTS-V might not be able to match this bad boy in speed tests alone. In handling and overall playfulness, it has a very good chance.
