Hello everyone
A moment ago I collected a 730ld M-Sport which I will have for 3 days. My first impression is that it's long and commanding on the outside but serene and cushy on the inside. To say the least I'm very stoked about getting acquainted with it.

I will write a full review next week. In the mean time ask me anything you would like to know and I'll answer in the review.

I actually wonder what happens when you give your 7er the finger. Does it turn the ESP off? Does it turn the radio's volume to the max? Does it start playing with the windscreen wipers? Or does it just sleep on the other side and fart under the blanket?

You've given me an idea for a whole series of jokes should I ever get my hands on ANY car with gesture control. Doesn't even have to be a BMW.

God help us if Alfa Romeo ever utilise gesture control and people can say they're "fingering the Giulietta".

On the other hand. Maybe not.

Are the AC tactile buttons under the vents really useful and robust ?

I've sat in a G11 and had a good poke around. In my opinion only a few buttons are metal and the rest are plastic painted in metallic finish. Would you agree with this?

Thanks for the questions! I had my first child born a week before I loaned the car. Since returning it I had to shift my uhmm..........divided attention back to the baby.
