Hyundai before Porsche ?!?!? :t-crazy2:

and toyota before all of them... the world is coming to and end...

I agree. Something about Hyundai being a better global brand than Porsche is just not right. I can understand why Honda or Toyota might be ranked higher, but not Hyundai. It has not reached the levels of acceptance that Honda or Toyota has achieved yet.

Congrats to AUDI on moving up. As for it being ranked lower than others, you guys have to remember that there are many many markets where people have never even heard of AUDI. For example, about a decade ago I can safely say that about 99% of India did not know what AUDI is, I would say that more than half of india still doesn't. That's half a billion people who don't know AUDI, but everyone knows Hyundai because of it being cheap and available to everyone. simple.

From the brands on the list Porsche is more desirable and exclussive than any other so what difference does it make if it's behind Huyndai or Mercedes?;)

Audi

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, the company’s origins date back to the early 20th century and the initial enterprises (Horch and the Audiwerke) founded by engineer August Horch (1868–1951). Two other manufacturers (DKW and Wanderer) also contributed to the foundation of Auto Union in 1932. The modern Audi era began in the 1960s, when Volkswagen acquired Auto Union from Daimler-Benz, and merged it with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969.
