Really hope they don't waste this chassis purely on a black series and GT3 racer.
They should cascade it down into lesser sports cars. No doubt they'd be fantastic to drive, even without active aero and 900 horsepower.

An X192 GTR (650hp), GTC (550hp) and GTS (450hp) based on this carbon tub would be baller to stand in parallel to the C192 GTs.

Agreed but i reckon more like GTR 700ps gtc 650ps and gts 600ps

Thanks for clarifying about the car been a CF tub, that means 1700kg will definitely be too heavy and we could be looking at 1500kg at least. 6:35 should be an achievable time for this car

I don't think they would allow it to beat their halo car. But it won't be very far off.
Every interview about the AMG One they speak about how they'd rather forget it, and they must have been drunk off their tits to greenlight such a project. Fun technical exercise though it was.

Progress waits for nobody. Either you beat yourself, or someone else will beat you.

They built the one to prove that a F1 engined car can be made street legal.

Other than that it’s not a fascinating car at all, especially because of the terrible sound, and the design out of the wind tunnel, it’s not a beauty like other Hypercars.

The Valkyrie goes in the same direction, but it sounds better ( from outside), but it’s otherwise too compromised.
