BMW ALPINA teases more the new XB7 ahead of the official reveal

The X7 is one of the best looking SUVs in the market ...Alpina are going to turn it into gold. Just look at the attention to detail in the centre stack and those wheels!

Those teaser pics are terrible quality. Anyway, we already know this will be a winner. I'm particularly interested to see how much more luxury will be added in the interior.

My guess is this will have the same 608PS engine as the B7 and B5. It’s going to look fantastic and also be very fast. A great alternative to the GLS AMG 63

From the video, 612hp and 800Nm of torque from the Bi-Turbo V8, 4.2 4.0s 0-60, 12.6 Quarter, 180mph top-end.... so yeah, the B7/B5 engine.

Looks good.

The car in the video looks grey, I’d be disappointed if they don’t launch it with Aplina blue or green.

I was wondering if the XB7 would be the 4 seat 'luxury' version that was spoken about early on. The blue one in the video clearly still has the back row of seats though... oh well.

I love it. I wish they would get rid of that tired arse blue. They have a Green that looks so much better.

Maybe because the X7 already had an aggressive, athletic stance but I actually don't think this Alpina model added much. I'm a little underwhelmed, which is a shame because I love the work they do with the 7-series.

I think the B7 works so well because the deeper front "chin" helps to balance the size of the grilles of the G12. That's not really necessary on the XB7 since, although big, the X7 kidneys aren't that big in relation to the front of the car, so I agree the benefit is smaller... I'm just a sucker for the usual Alpina tweaks.
