Party time in Montreal. :t-cheers:

For anyone who missed qualy, here's a clip of Lewis Ghost-Riding his MP25 during his run-in lap after being instructed on the radio to switch off the engine in order to save a 1l fuel sample for the FIA.

What a f***ing idiot schumacher. He has been doing this kinda thing since I started watchign F1 in 2001, moving around to block people like a noob, most notable one blocking Montoya at Imola 2002 and knocked his front wing off with no penalty.

Have to admit this is the best race so far this year. Still i don't like the sound of these cars as compared to those screaming V10s though.

Another great race. At least great results.
MS needs to do something good this year and it would be nice for Nico to step it up a little bit more.

Poor Mercedes GP, they haven´t choose right their pilots, MS is just the shadow of what he was, and Nico I think is an excelent second pilot, probably better than other like Massa, but the team needs someone better as first driver.

I f missed the first 50 laps, and of course it had to happen with the great canadian GP. Anyway hats off to Lewis and Macca.

It was good to see the race back home.... was an exciting race too.

Bernie should eat a shoe for taking Canada off the calendar. This race was a imperical evidence for why the legacy tracks should remain. Montreal is 100% a driver's circuit, especially sector three which is where you can make or break your lap. An absolutley fab circuit thar probably only Spa can eclipse.

Donkey of the race: Schumi

Seriously. Schumi is nothing but bad PR for Mercedes. We was fighting for position with everyone, including customers(force india) and second tier midfielders.

For Red Bull, their dominance is officially over. Not only did Lewis triumph during qualy by a large margin but Lewis finished close to 40sec ahead of the Bulls. Ironically, Hamilton, who is a tyre eater, managed to drive on both sets of tyres better than any other driver. Applause to Alonso for trying to make the car work, shame about Massa getting hammered during the first lap.

Do you know that he did 37 laps with option tyres, that he was doing very well before that ? you guys should analyze a bit before throwing such ridiculous claims.

MICHAEL SCHUMACHER
“At the start, everything went great and we made up places as we had been hoping for. The first stop was perfectly timed so it was looking quite promising. Then I had a puncture on the front right tyre after my first pit stop, after I got together with Kubica, and that obviously decided my race. From there, I was stuck in traffic and there was nothing more to do because today our weapons were not very sharp. Towards the end, I was trying as hard as I could to defend myself but it was only possible to a certain degree and my tyres were just ruined after having done more than half the race distance. I was fighting cars with a good top speed which was quite tough. Otherwise I would have been in a good position I think so we have something to take away to the next races.” Click

That doesn't mitigate his wreckless behaviour -- squeezing rivals onto the grass, cutting chicanes and outright refusing to concede his position to rivals who are clearly faster. Not a biggie though, he just needs to tone it down a bit.

I agree on the cuting chicane part, but the incident with Massa and Kubica wasn't really his fault entirely.

Anyways, the team screwed up, and not MS, even Ross admitted that. He was running at one point of time 3rd. Then came the pitstops, clash with Kubica, extra pitstop, and the blunder of leaving him too long on the soft tyres.

MS was doing well the last 2 races. It's just one of those shitty races.

Anyways, i'm glad for a Mac win. The championship is wide open now. I'm just pretty shocked to see how the Bulls faded off. Best race of the year so far.
