VW Group China have a project called "Olympic Program" which will introduce 10-12 new models in China by 2010.

I know of a SVW Hybrid Touran which is expected in 2008, a rumored sub Fox car & SVW Santana 4000 which is due next year 2007.

As for the Olympia, I think the Caddy sits where the Olympia was supposed to sit in FAW-VW's lineup.
IMO I don't think we will see a production version of this model but maybe a model with Olympia name
