TT TT Testmule or Mk2 spyshots. ???

Wolfgang? I dont know i have been curious too.

As for the car, i cant tell if its new or test mule. Pics are hard to make, and the dark colors are not easy to place, perhaps a track car?

Doesn't look like a new TT to me. It's the current one, but don't ask me why it's covered! Maybe it's the RS version. :t-hands:

Awwwwwwww. That's sweet! Nice!

Maybe it is the same deal as that A6 mule we saw a while ago that everyone thought was either the A5,R8, or RS 6.
Meaning maybe they're testing the engine and all that good stuff and just threw the body of the old TT over it. I do not know, I am just speculating.

Yeah it looks like the normal TT to me. If they are just testing an engine or drivetrain components, then what's the point of the camoflauge if it looks just like a regular TT?

This looks like a testmule to me but due to larger dimensions of the new TT the mule is a modified (=bigger) old TT shell if you know what i mean.

Quite right YHH - very clearly yet another Audi marketing ploy a la Q7 to hype up the imminent TT launch. Please, Audi, those cars are posed - why not just show an early press release shot and be done.

That aside, nice to see that the original TT recipe remains largely intact whilst still employing a fresh new look to revitalise appeal. I like it. A lot.

Now just bring out that Shooting Brake as a third model and I'm sold.

Guys, if you look closer, doesn't it look that the shape of the lamps inside the rear lights looks like those on LeMans?

Ahh..can't wait for it!!!!

Audi

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, the company’s origins date back to the early 20th century and the initial enterprises (Horch and the Audiwerke) founded by engineer August Horch (1868–1951). Two other manufacturers (DKW and Wanderer) also contributed to the foundation of Auto Union in 1932. The modern Audi era began in the 1960s, when Volkswagen acquired Auto Union from Daimler-Benz, and merged it with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969.
