Now this was a very interesting find. A Mercedes Universal estate. Back in the 1960s, Mercedes did not offer a factory made station wagon so aftermarket companies like Crayford in the UK or Universal in Belgium converted some Mercedes' into estates. They're very rare however and I was lucky to spot this one at this car show. As you can see, it's a top quality conversion too. :usa7uh:

Anyone know what this black car could be? The red car next to it is a DKW 1000S. My father's mother owned one of these in the 1960s. The 1000S was the sports model with 55-horsepower (the regular 1000 had 50-horsepower).
