The ML/GLE has been at the small end of the class for two generations now. Furthermore it just needs to look more muscular and have an interior on par with its sedan brethren to garner the same success as the X5.
The X5 is so good I would hardly consider anything else if I were interested in the segment. However, after the new Panny, I am willing to get the new Cayenne a chance.
Really? Because when I look up the specs the last-gen ML and last-gen X5 were very close in size.
EDIT: Honestly they still are VERY close in length and width. I don't know what you're talking about at all. It's not like the Cayenne is any larger either. What, exactly, are you comparing it to?
