The Mercedes-Benz GLE, formerly Mercedes-Benz M-Class (designated with the "ML" nomenclature), is a mid-size luxury SUV produced by the German manufacturer Mercedes-Benz since 1997. In terms of size, it is slotted in between the smaller GLC and the larger GLS, the latter with which it shares platforms.
You can once the GLE has been officially released.

Mercedes-Benz confirms C450 and GLE 450 Coupe AMG Sport are coming to NAIAS
Powered by a bi-turbo V6 engine
Mercedes-Benz Spain organized yesterday a press event in which they shared some juicy details about the AMG Sport lineup.
Our friends at Coches.net attended the meeting in Barcelona and found out the two cars which will premiere at NAIAS are going to be the C450 AMG Sport and the GLE450 Coupe AMG Sport. Both cars will share a V6 bi-turbo engine which will produce approximately 125 HP (92 kW) less than the full-blown AMG versions.
As a result, the C450 will deliver somewhere in the region of 385 HP (283 kW) if we subtract 125 HP from the C63 AMG S or 351 HP (258 kW) if we do the math based on the standard C63 AMG. As for the GLE Coupe, it will have 433 HP (318 kW) if we do the comparison with the ML63 AMG equipped with the optional AMG Performance Package or 400 HP (294 kW) when compared to the regular ML 63 AMG.
Both cars will premiere at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit which will begin on January 12 with the press preview.

Latest rumors from Autobild point to the M177/M178. Not sure how credible they are, though. 
The 5.5 liter V8-Biturbo won't be used in the AMG versions of the GLE und GLE Coupé. Instead the new "hot V" 4.0-liter-AMG V8 Biturbo (M177) may be used, which is familiar from the AMG GT (M178) and new AMG C 63 and C 63 S (M177). In the GLE Coupé Autobild estimates it may have almost 600 hp.
And from MB Passion:
The GLE Coupé PAD date, that is the Press Announce Date, is coming up soon, later this month, when Daimler will release the first official pictures. It will then be shown at NAIAS in Detroit, together with the C 450 AMG Sport. The order date for the GLE Coupé follows in March, and the market introduction date shown on the slide in Spain follows in June 2015.
The GLE may become available to order in April, trailing its Coupé by about a month, and the market release follows in the fall, with September likely for Germany, and perhaps sooner in the U.S.
