Nah man, it's not it. I had a rental 528i and I felt like home in it. Everything was right.I wouldn't necessarily say that it's dated. Just that with the new direction of "floating" screens, it is behind the curve. But that same is true for the 5er. So, it's in line with its competitors. Which is fine.

The technology Wolf is taking about is the one in which the car will automatically change lanes on a motorway and overtakes the car in front. It's not currently offered in any cars AFAIK

Move over w212. Time for w213. W213 definitely have a huge leapt over w212 in terms of interior design. And I am quite relieved that they do away with the pop up displayTo me. That's really not that far off from E. I do like the 5er interior better, don't get me wrong. But it's not like 5's interior made the E instantly outdated.

Suspect the other new feature may extend the Distronic Plus with Steer Assist, so the MB can pass on the highway, like the Future Truck 2025.
