Apparently CGT and Zonda belong to two guys that works on EVO magazine. Maybe they want to test their babies against enzo and Veyron

thats in the straight line..and maybe on the track when it comes to time..but not when it comes to precision and driving fun..

LOL, but you're comparing M to AMG (with same engines I assume, 6.3 vs 5.0) AND you're comparing a Zonda to a car a class up with price as much power?

Sorry, not going to work. A Pagani simply does not have enough power anywhere compared to a Veyron. We'll see soon enough

ofcourse it doesent have the same power..
it has 650 vs 1000hp.. but the thing is..i belive the zonda is faster around the track.. and is more fun to drive..
the Yeyron is built more by the philosophy of AMG heavier cars with loads of power and luxury
the zonda is perhaps on of the most focused cars.. with low weight..and razor sharp dynamics

so for me a M fan should appriciate a Zonda more than a Yeyron..but then again you are free to chose..as i do..im a AMG fan but sill prefere the zonda

But the thing is, there is nothing I appreciate more than a Veyron. That car is sick and insane, and in a class of it's own.

Straight line fun in a Veyron is a little different than ANY AMG, trust me. We're talking different universe here.

once again klier you are not understanding my point..
im not saying that straight line performance of AMG´s are as insane as veyron..
im saying that the philosophy behind the veyron is more AMGish than Mish
and vice versa for the Zonda..

Seems like an intersting issue. As Artist I'm also a little disturbed that it's normal Zonda and not an F or Clubsport for that matter. Out of those car I think I'd choose the Veyron but it's a tough one.

Well on a track, the Zonda F indeed will leave a Veyron behind, and I do apreciate the Zonda F as a downright fantastic track car.
Nevertheless, you know that on a track AMG loses to M, it's just the natural way.

I know not everytime, but then usually MB AMG tries to beat an M with a newer model with more power and plenty more torque. Nevertheless, usually their (AMG) weight and inferior chassi tuning means BMW usually is the winner.
