Yep, the 1st episode of season 7 is out and it can be downloaded at www.finalgear.com

Sad thing is that the episode they have put up for download is at ~700 mb but they said something about re-encoding it at the end of this month so that it would be around 350 mb.

Ive watched it.. and imma spoil it now so dont read this if you dont want to:
911 won over the aston and the M6-- : despite least power it was fastest amazing..

ohh and they had this thing in the beggening a short video that shows the cars to come this season... my god that was sick.. Damn hammond scratched the CF lip of the orange Zonda.. haha:D .. . i cant wait to see more ep..:D

Lol TG never surprise me :D

as I understand they drove these cars on isle of man and not the track they usually drive on. Also its was very rainy that day.
what happen in the next episode?
 
Thanks for the link Rammie :usa7uh: BTW what software do you guys use to download this. I use bitloard and downloading speed it pretty low therefor I wonder if you have have a better software to recommend.
 
They drove it on isle of man.. they closed down a road.. flew in STIG.. and they gave every car a run from start to stop.. and clocked it.. the damn 911 was 6 sec faster..
And even the aston ( wich was crap) was a tiny tiny bit faster than the M6...

On this week's Top Gear Jeremy finds out what is faster, a rock climber or the new Audi RS4? Richard and James have a new take on radio controlled cars;A trip down memory lane with the story of British Racing Green and the new car from Porsche - the Cayman.

Its a shame they drove the track in the wet.

So they are giving up the old track?
 
No no.. they drove the Ascari KZ1..
It got a damn good time.. between SLR and CGT:D

Its a shame they didnt drove these three on the regular track.

BTW Bitcomet is better :D
 
are you sure about that bitcomet.. have you tried azareus before..

yeah I tried azareus, never worked for me so now I use bitcomet instead and its fast for me.

I use azureus like artist and I've tried bitcomet (the one just_me uses) as well but it didn't work out that good for me. The thing is that you have to check the router settings to see if everything is in order so that you can achieve top speed. A good site for this is www.portforward.com
Crappy thing about azureus is that it is a java application so it literally eats ram..bitcomet on the other hand is fast as hell in the program and it doesn't slow down your pc that much.. The choice is up to you ;)
 
I just watched the show I have to say that it's damn good, 911 vs M6 vs Vantage. I don't think it can get better thatn that. I also love the way the film and capture the beautiful angles of the cars and some of the jokes that are made are hilarious.
Don't just sit there and read my post, download it. :)
 
I've watched it live yesterday, what a great show with the M6 v 911S v V8 vantage, amazing, now I wonder what the M6 does with all it's power, the 911 is so damn fast. I liked the way they flue in the stig, that was funny!

Glad TG is back on!
 
As per recent video, i am surprised the 911s, blew away the M6, i thought that was the untouchable ride (M6). Especially after seeing the M6 eat up the 996TT.

Am i missing something... how did this all happen.

How did a base 911s take out the M6?

LoL hardly :D but the M6 isnt fast in the wet. When Sportauto drove the 911S, they were impressed by how fast the 997S was around their wet-track. Mainreason was the well balanced chassi and the tires. It turned out that the 997S was faster around the wet-track, faster than many more powerful cars.

ToP gEar car said the brakes was the mainreason, the 997S using PCCB brakes.
 
So basically it out handled the M6 on wet terrain.

Still surprising. They both aren't AWD. Thought the M6 had it!

Look at Sportautos laptimes around the wet-track. 997 S handles well and it extremly well-balanced. 997 S is so far the fastest car they driven on their wet-track.

1:28.4 --- Porsche 997 Carrera S
1:35.6 --- Mercedes SL 65 AMG
1:35.7 --- BMW M5
1:37.2 --- Mercedes CLK DTM AMG
1:37.6 --- Mercedes SLK 55 AMG

997S 1.14.3 min
M6 1.14.4 min
AM V8 1.14.8 min
