Yeah... the SL is getting old. Have almost 5000 miles on it now so I may have to start looking around. No sedan though... I want to see that new E Convertible with the hardtop in final metal before I do anything though but that is a somewhere down the road.

I see! Your car will have 10,000 miles on the clock when the E cabrio comes to the U.S market though But I can think of worse things to drive than the SL550, hehehehe

The end of the SL era...
Yesterday the SL "left the building" for parts unknown. I enjoyed the hell out of that machine and will miss the handling and dusting of those Toyota and Lexus ilk who seemed to think they were capable of stomping my ass...:-)

See you on the C Class threads (at least for a little while.)
