Very nice rides in those pics! I miss my W220 too. That car was my favorite car in the world when it came out, and in '08 when I finally could, I bought a very high mileage Used one, and as anyone who'd bought their first big Benz Sedan would understand.... There's just something about that experience. It was such a surreal and triumphant moment for me.

I had the chance to drive an original W220 S320 and a facelifted W220 S320 CDI. The S320 CDI was by far the more fun car. Refined, smooth, quiet and very comfortable. True, the steering was very light and offered virtually zero feedback, but that was ok since the car was so comfortable and a cruiser by heart. The 224-horsepower S320 was also fun, but the diesel S320 CDI was by far the more appealing ride.

Mine was an '02 S500 with the rare and super expensive (and super amazing) ABC suspension, MAN what an incredible ride it provided.
