Hello all,
I just returned from the Oktoberfest in Munich. I went with my mom because she was invited by some of her close friends. Anyway, I sadly didn't get to take many pictures because the weather didn't play along. It was raining all day so I had to take all my exterior shots with an umbrella in one hand and with the other holding my DSLR camera and adjusting the zoom with the tip of my fingers. Annoying as hell! Stupid weather!
Anyway, here are some pictures. There were tons of babes there. Sadly most German girls, especially the hot ones, smoke like crazy. It's pretty sad seeing such gorgeous lovely things sucking in on the cancer sticks. Such a waste...
I had a good time. The music was nice, the atmosphere was fantastic and the beer was good. I had two liters of Löwenbräu. There were nice and interesting people at our table so the conversations were very interesting and worthwhile. Well, let the pictures begin!
The Paulaner Beer Hall...
This was the beer hall we'd be enjoying ourselves in. It belonged to the Löwenbräu brewery and is called the "Schützen Festzelt"...
The Bavaria
The mood inside the Schützen Festzelt....
Resi, our table waittress bringing us some Bavarian food. Good stuff, good stuff. Heart-attack causing but damn it, it tastes so good!
I was not to be dissapointed! A BABE sat at our table. Her name was Tatjana and she's 1/4 Russian, 1/4 Ukranian, 1/4 Polish and 1/4 Bulgarian. She has German citizenship and speaks (get this!) seven (7) languages! She works as a translator for a Munich based company! She was very smart (no sh*t) and interesting to talk to. Best of all, look at her.... you know! DAMN!!!!!
Me, my mom and Tatjana. Look at those...you know!!!!!
Me with Tatjana. Yes, I could feel those "things" hitting me. It was awesome!
Me (far right) with other friendly folks at our table. The man next to me worked for the Allianz Arena (the stadium of FC Bayern Munich). The hottie next to him was in her mid 40s and very talktative (in the friendly way). Her husband (not in the picture but next to her) was very quiet and conservative. Never opened his mouth once. Looked like he was bored being here. Weirdo....
Random BABES of the Oktoberfest...
I also met a famous ex-German soccer player: Günther Netzer!!!
(Günter Netzer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)
He was basically seated right behind me!!!!! What an honor it was to meet this man! He was very reserved though and I talked to him twice but he never really answered, just sort of nodded that it was ok for me to photograph him! This guy is a legend in Germany. Read the Wikipedia article on him. He played for clubs like Real Madrid, Borussia Mönchengladbach and of course the German National Team.
Random night shots of the Oktoberfest, especially the many beer halls belonging to various breweries. Again, apologies for the poor pictures (not straight etc.). It was raining and I had my left hand holding an umbrella while my right hand did all the adjusting and shooting.
Love the background towers...
This is my friend Katharina from Munich. She was at the Oktoberfest a few days ago. Cutie. She's studying law. I hope she doesn't sue me for posting her pictures here!
At the Munich main trainstation. ICE trains are just so cool looking. And no, I wasn't drunk!
Hope you liked the pictures! I might go again this Saturday with my sister. Hopefully the weather isn't as crap as it was today!
