GTR doesn't stop impressing does it? It was supposed to be 911 Turbo beater, but amazing it can actually play with a 560.

The white KTM looks impressive.

R8 really needs the V10.

But it's still a Nissan. I feel more excited seeing a Ferrari or a Lamborghini than a Nissan. But maybe its only me...

I get excited every time I see a new BMW M3 - and it's still only a BMW.

When viewed in its own right as a technological tour de force and inspirational achievement the new GT-R is nothing like the regular Nissans its badge suggests. Same can be said for the M3. Same was said for the RS4 and now the R8.

These are cars that transcend the mass-market offerings of their stables and bring something truly special at the price. Despite humble roots these are peoples' champions that rise to the occasion - a standard set by much more exclusive machinery. Now, what's not to like in that?

If I see a M3 together with Gallardo/murcielago, F430/599 I dont look at the Bimmer, same case with the GTR.
Cars are about emotions/feelings and I dont feel the GTR like I feel the italian exotics and if money is no object, a BMW or a GTR would not be a priority when Im looking for a sportscar.
When I go to those m5board.com meetings its the Ferraris/Porsche/Lambo I drool over.

Then you and I are different. [No kidding ]

I never overlook an M3 - even if it is parked next to a Lambo or F430. Whilst I have the utmost emotional appreciation for the latter two exotics, I'll still take the time to consider and appreciate the M3 for the gorgeous machine that it is.

I'd pay the same amount of respect to a GT-R even if it did happen to be parked next to a 599.

No it's not only u,me too for sure,while the GT-R is a freaking outstanding achievement i would never take it over Scuderia,GT2 or LP-560
