F1 Schumi's new job

According to a local newspaper Schumacher will become Jean Todt's expert adviser. Has anybody got more info?

They've updated it now. It seems Ferrari is offering him the position but he's not sure whether he wants to take it or not. They say he's going to take a few months off and then announce his plans for the future.

wasn't that ^^ what he said at his last GP? That he will take some months off and then deside about the future?

But Todt will be Ferrari CEO. What business experience does Schu have? Would he not be better off as the advisor to the Sporting Director, Stefano Domenicali?

I think Schu's new job will be family man until January '08. If Renault can somehow dominate '07 and be the vastly superior car, I can see Schu jumping back in. Mansell destroyed the field with his Williams in '92 and Prost was on the sidelines that year. Prost got back in the car in '93 and won his 4th.
