Some mornings, you wake up and suddenly, your favorite red stripe gets demoted. Jamaican beer, step aside for the new Mustang Red Stripe.
Ford says it has a new Red Stripe Appearance Package for its Shelby GT500 Mustang, available in May. The new package is available on coupes with either black or white paint. Bright red stripes, a red and black interior, new badges, and red-tinted Cobra emblems are included in the package, along with a car cover and new floor mats.
The Red Stripe package is a model-year ender, priced from $1650 and available only in May and June as Ford runs out the 2007 model year.
All Shelby GT500s sport a 5.4-liter supercharged V-8 with 500 hp, a retuned suspension and new fascias, and a base price of $41,675.

As much as I love the blue-stripes on white GT500s, this one looks pretty sweet too... the red tinted badge is pretty awesome.
