| Night Vision or Rear entertainment pack HI all, I am debating with my partner if we should order Night Vision or rear entertainment pack. Never had either and as each option is around $5000 I will only oder 1. I do not do a lot of country driving and I think that is what night vision plus is designed for. Not certain how good the rear entertainment pack is and if it will make sitting in the back seats appear to be to cramped (leg room or distance between the viewer and the screen) If any one has had both or can advise that would be good. |

2. How many back seat passangers to you carry, well mostky two, I mean how often? Wich of the options would be most practical and most beneficial whilst also attending too your needs??? I for one do not do much night driving, so I would go for the rear entertainment...

| It all depends on who you are. If you have kids who get constantly bored in the car like mine do, go with the entertainment. If you travel by car a lot (trips or commuting) and you are more likely to drive in the dark or on non-well lit rural roads, go with night vision. ![]()

| Night Vision. Safety first, entertainment second. Any driver aid that can enhance a driver and their occupants' safety is worth much more that any back seat entertainment system. By the way Sayyaaf raises a good point - do you have kids who regularly sit in the back?

I was always driving with the baby seat on the front seat with everyone lecturing me about how safer it was to put her in the back yadda yadda, was a bad father yadda yadda... Mind you she was subject to frequent stroke like crisis. And sometimes was 'forgotting' to take her breath after the attack. With her in the back seat impossible to monitor her safely without stopping (since we were a lot on the highway for hospital trips it was also dangerous to stop). With her in the front seat, I could keep a hand on her forehead to prevent violent move and monitor her breathing without even having to remove my eyes from the road. And in case of road emergency my hand could go back to the steering wheel as fast as she would have if I was driving a non automatic transmission car changing gears.
