Panamera [Spy Shots] Porsche Panamera facelift

The Porsche Panamera is a mid to full-sized luxury car (E-segment or F-segment for LWB in Europe) manufactured and marketed by Porsche. The Panamera name, as with the Carrera name, is derived from the Carrera Panamericana race.

It appears that Porsche designers have been successful at reducing some of the Panameras' "visual mass".

That being said, this facelifted series I Panamera is just that: A facelift. To me, a clear indication that the recently displayed Sport Turismo Concept is a very near to that of what we can expect with regard to the series II models. I can't wait !

I almost bought this car, came really close to it. It it weren't for the pending facelift and the iffy styling, even that I was willing to deal with because other aspects of the car are so hot, but the facelift would have pissed me off if I had bought one now.

I wish I was on there, that money would be used for another fine German automobile.

What a bit of "nip and tuck" can achieve !

I suspect that the Panny II will become a VERY serious contender in the "self driver" (SWB) luxury sedan sweepstakes.

It's marginally better than the first car, which means still ugly and fat looking.

No doubt it will be the driver's choice, also because no M7 is coming yet again :(

If that's all the negative things you have to say about the car then I'm quite happy given that you despised the 1st generation before it had even launched. :D

Yeah, and I am even being a bit harsh. That third window in the C pillar works REALLY well on the new model.

Given how much Porsche have improved on the Cayenne and designed a Macan which I think is the most dynamic looks small SUV on the market, I have faith in the new Panamera.

@Merc1

I believe 2017 or so from what I have read. I actually just ordered a Panamera 4 edition (September build) and will be trading in the Cayenne S. I just couldn't get used to an SUV. I will definitely be interested in trading again for the redesign.
