This is faster in a straight line than E92 M3. I am guessing M4 will probably do 0-160 km/h in 9.0 or maybe less with launch control..

Yep this car is pretty quick for only 410bhp, the M4 and next C63 AMG will have to really turn up the heat to be faster. The M4 will probably be in the same league and Merc will be faster still knowing it will have close to 500bhp. We will wait and see for the full tests of both cars

Yes, but the M3 was on Michelin semi-slicks.

Yep, but it was back in 2008 with the 2nd generation of michelin sport cup, which were quite compromised compared to the 1st generation used in the CSL.
current Michelin PSS is almost on par with this 2008 generation Michelin Cup.
To get the correct context:
E92 M3 with competition pack, DCT and Michelin PS2 has been tested several times by Sport Auto. HOCKENHEIMRING times were 1 second faster compared to the Alpina. Since everyone knows, that the Pilot Super Sport is far superior to the old PS2, it is clear, that overall the M3 is more capable (bit lighter and much better handling) than the Alpina!
So although the Alpina has the same peak hp and the integral under the power curve along the revs is bigger - it falls behind in track performance clearly.

The M4 will not be in the same league. It will be in a league above. The M4 is over 100kg lighter and more powerful, not to mention engineered with a more racetrack orientated set up.

I hope that would happen soon! I really would be keen or read this comparison!;)
