- Report: Angry Chinese driver tows Range Rover back to dealer with donkeys
First Lambo & now the Rangie! Chinese customers are getting their automotive customer relations exceptional, a distinct way!
The problem is: the level of technical competence of the (newly-trained) technicians at most dealerships are not at the level where they should be. The problem is worse in second-tier cities. In many instances, even the so-called factory trained technicians struggle to identify, let alone fix problems. Many of them over rely on the digital diagnostic system and don't have the technical knowledge to solve problems. Language is another issue.
Foreign car manufacturers need to invest enormous amounts of money to tackle this problem.
We will stop sending defective cars when they stop sending us poisoned dog food, lead baby toys, and stop copying our automotive designs.
Making China know how we feel one car at a time
Damn! He made a real ass out of that Range Rover!
