Does anybody think the rear end of the Q7 looks weird. Couldnt they have made the trunk a lil smaller? I understand its because of the third row, but it wouldve been better if it was produced in 2 versions.

Any thoughts on this?

I really like the rear very much. It looks mean and powerful!

The exterior design of the Q7 on the whole has been a big dissappointment. Some elements are excellent, while others just don't do it for me. The profile for example is too station wagon like, and the rear design could have been executed better. The interior is excellent though.

I seen some good pics and some terrible pics. For the most part i excpected more, i really would have liked this to be the nicest of teh SUV's but it looks like that is far from taking place!

As of the moment I have a really love/hate relationship w/ the Q7, one part of me says this thing screams "MOMMY!" the other half sees this car as an action vehicle w/ a go anywhere/do anything mentality... would I buy one? NO.

Its the "screaming MOMMY" part I was referring to. I mean the BMW X5 and Infiniti FX45 are considered somewhat crossovers, since the X5's trunk is also abit small. The Cayenne isnt, but that doesnt hurt, as long as its trunk isnt as big as a station wagon. IMO they shouldve made it the size of a Cayenne atleast :)

What it like about this car is the front, it looks very aggresive and perfectly design. Though I have to say that the rear and the dimentions of the car is a let down. This could have been the best looking SUV out there but Audi screwed it up with the rear and the proportions of the car.

Agreed, the car looks like a girl w/ a good face but a frumpy lower body. :D

lol well said Stuttgarter, yes i was expecting something in the X5 size, but i dont mind the overall size the problem is that when ever i see the back of the car it looks like its hanging on something, they should of pushed it in a bet.

Audi

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, the company’s origins date back to the early 20th century and the initial enterprises (Horch and the Audiwerke) founded by engineer August Horch (1868–1951). Two other manufacturers (DKW and Wanderer) also contributed to the foundation of Auto Union in 1932. The modern Audi era began in the 1960s, when Volkswagen acquired Auto Union from Daimler-Benz, and merged it with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969.
