Unless BMW is doing something about the horrible brake dust, those rims will be pain in back to clean.

Aha but that is one of the excellent things about having these types of wheels because once you get them clean again you can have a pride and upmost satisfaction of having done a good job. Plus BMW offer as an accessory a very good thorough cleaning brush set.

My Touring is currently on it's Winter wheels , so I am going to get my 19" standard wheels professionally finished in time for the Spring and give it a through cleaning and detailing especially in it's previous "Weihnachtsbaum" transport.

Power potential with Turbo's, with 578hp stock a chip/tune and exhaust would most likely gave ~650hp which is a quite crazy amount of power. But then warranty becomes an issue.

    Upcoming M5/M6 needs to deliver:
    578hp stock + 22hp 3:rd party exhaust + 100hp KERS = 700hp:t-cheers:

Naa.. it would do just fine with 500 hp and a 250 kg diet :D

Are you guys aware that you sound like a bunch of MB fanatics where HP/Torque is more important than how the car drive? :D

Perhaps this thread title can be updated as "2011 BMW F10 M5: Spy Pics & Info" instead of engine speculation only?

Spyshots don't seem to show fender flare and M5 front bumper.

This is a FEP F10, but nor wearing the M5 bumpers.

With quad exhaust? I don't think so! This is the M5, but indeed without most M parts...

    That´s what I meant ;).

    Sorry, lol!

Being pedantic Klier, the 550i has a quad exhaust. But I agree, this is most likely the M5.

It does, but they're not as big as the one's in that pic.

I didn't know what that word meant, never heard it before. But after looking it up it means nothing but negativity towards me again :emthdown::emthdown::emthdown::emthdown::emthdown:
    Good for you!
Quoting me all the time must be fun! I know I'm attractive and all that, but slow it down a bit will you? It's becoming embarrassing! LOL

lol, Klier, I think you got the usage wrong. I am sure he meant he is being pedantic, not you. Classic case something being of lost in translation. :)

Or he could have been really pedantic and said "I am being pedantic Klier, the 550i..."

Ha ha!! This post is almost the post of the year so far.....behind your one about PS3 buddies.

Yes, I'm afraid you've got the wrong end of the stick Klier. "Being pedantic" means "I am being pedantic". But it's alright. I forgive you. ;)

In defense of Klier, assume from his location that dutch is his native language. I very much admire those with multiple language skills.

    Just my $.02
