I don't mind if BMWs have turbo engines, though it would take a bit of getting used to. I would also rather that it be only for the smaller engines, not so much that they threatened the M engines. A 335i or whatever the turbo version would be called would have to be really artificially or arbitrarily limited for it to produce less torque than the M3's 3.2 I6. That said, the upcoming V8 version should be in the clear for now.
I'd sort of still rather they stay away from turbo M engines, at least for now. But as Bruhnke said, it should be 'the result that matters, not so much how you generate it', so I'm even open to that changing, eventually.
