IF Audi R8 LMP from 2000 was powered by 3.6 L Audi FSI V8 and Audi R10 LMP was powered by V12 TDI, Audi R10 hypercar should be powered by some V12, would be cool

Nah, just an early/bad rendering. I don´t know what to expect from an Audi Hypercar from a design point of view. IMO the next R8 should have the same power output than the Cabrera and the new R10 the same power than the Avantador.

Hope so it's better and faster than the Mclaren P1. But it think not. First of all, it has to be so light, just like the R18 racecar is. And much much powerful.

It looks like a Lamborghini with an Audi grill and that characteristic black part on its side. I think that one of the reasons the R8 looks great is the fact that it's actually very compact and unique. It doesn't resemble neither an italian nor an american supercar.
