First impressions. Red stripes as big no but I think its optional. Not as aggressive as the old car, now it looks more grown up. Not ugly either, pretty much as expected.

Standard 476hp/650 nm
S-version 503 hp/700 nm

Weight:
1.785kg /
1.800kg

They're not pussy-footin' about. C63 AMG S model gets 375 kW and 700 Nm. Holy crap.
Standard C63 has 350 kW and 650 Nm. Talk about charging a lot for a software map.

No dual clutch gearbox though - the old 7G-Tronic MCT persists.

I spy a column shifter?

Not complaining, but AMG seemingly won't give up with the MCT Gearbox.

No idea the weight of the old C63 , but more than the new one?

Weight of the new C63:
Standard: 1.785kg
S-version: 1.800kg

Wow they have unleashed a monster of note! Enormous power and torque! I am disappointed in the weight though it is 55kg heavier than the already heavy previous model only 60kg lighter than the E63 AMG! What happened to the new C class been 100kg lighter than previous model should have been reflected in this AMG model also. The 0-100 claim of 4.2 sec (C63) and 4.1sec (C63 S) is not class leading like they hoped it matches the Dual clutch M3 and M4 but we will have to wait till the full test to see!
