Very simple... M5 gets my vote! How often you guys see a V10 revving over 8000 rpm?

Some basic reasons;

1: Naturally aspirated.
2: Rwd.
3: A proper 4-door sports-car since day 1.
4: Power to Weight Ratio.
5: Last but not least... it's a Bmw!

The M5 for sure. It is by far the best in this group at what I seek in a car - the "fun to drive" factor. Still unbeaten. Maybe in the same way that the S-class is still the best at being what the segment it defines demands.

That said, the M5 has often been slower in a straight line and sometimes also on track but no one has ever come close to what the M5 is all about and that goes for most generation. That is what is so facinating about it.

Last year or not, the E63 gets my vote, still looks great.

The Jag and the Rs6 are stunning!

I went to see the facelifted A6 todays and its soo handsome!

And the Jag as well

But I think I'd have to have the Rs6

Just to be different, I'll go with the XF-R. The car is gorgous and the new aero kit makes it even more badass.

The RS6 is the ruler for now. But which would be your choice and why?

RS6 ruler? LOL, never! Just because it is a tad bit faster because it has a twin turbo doesn't make it the ruler in any way. The M5 is the better sports sedan, has the better, more responsive engine, chassis, driving characteristics, gearbox....everything.

M5 allllllll the way, without thinking twice

If I am after a high performance wagon, I will pick the RS6, but for a sedan, I will go for the Jag. The RS6 is too heavy, the E63 isn't really sharp enough. The M5 is sharp and light, but I don't really like a high revving engine for normal driving, so it is out. The Jag seems to be a good compromise on paper, and the basic XF already has good handling. I won't make a final vote until I read some road test review on the Jag.
