It's a typical Alpina show car. As you probably have seen there were many Alpinas with interesting interior colour combinations presented at different shows. So there was red with black on B3 Biturbo sedan, black with beige on B3 Coupe presented in the UK, B5 with beige and tan. There were also some older B3s with blue and light gray leather.
