If i remember correctly Mercedes was quite low for a time, glad to see it now ranking higher.

Kudos to Jaguar and you for the post :eusa_clap ;)

Also interesting to note that Lexus is dropping. They were #1 for years. It's not a significant drop, but a drop nonetheless.

Toyota is below average?

Not only Toyota. Notice that there is only 1 Japanese brand in the top 10 (Lexus).

The Japanese are tops when it comes to reliability, but in customer care and satisfaction, they're apparently not doing well. Have they become...um...arrogant because their cars are "so reliable"? :D

I think i can explain Scion's terrible position. It was long ago Toyota announced that the Scion brand had done much better than they expected, in fact so well that selling them out of Toyota dealers doesn't work anymore. Toyota now wants to sell them from official dealers. That could defientley explain Scion's terrible position, the lack of proper dealers and the ever increasing demand.

It is interesting to see Mercedes lead the BMW and Audi here. Lexus is dropping because they're selling more and more cars and that legendary lavish treatment they give each customer is being stretched.

Lincoln and especially Jaguar sell so few cars compared to the BMW/MB/Lexus/Cadillac to the point where they can make sure everyone is oh-so happy. Esepcially Jaguar dealers, they're in dire straights right now.

Toyota's dealer have been horrible places to buy car from for year, don't confuse reliability with good dealer service. Toyota salesmen are just as slithery as any other low-end brand.

What is the deal with VW? I thought their lousy dealers were just a U.S. thing. Think of all the thousands of people who won't buy a VW because they've heard this. VW has a huge problem here.

Yannaki, as did Audi and VW. :)

Lol...:D :usa7uh:

This is a JD Power survey , even if Audi was first i wouldn't consider it to have much credit.

On the other hand Jaguar is struggling in sales and image lately but yet they are supposed to have the best dealers, so what? I 'm sure they would gladly drop 10 places in return for better sale numbers.:D
