The most ludicrous/worst interior of all time

^Ok fair enough, still the Sibilo concept, the Citroen GSA,the W8 and co are top of the tree.I'll be honest,I kinda trolled with that UAZ picture to see people's reactions…Apologies :p

There was a commnet earlier about some of the interiors being "innovative" for their time...Hope no one thinks the same way about the 1986 Pontiac

Yeah, while there have been some nasty looking interiors, some were also very innovative for their time.

1989 Ford Mustang, surely not the finest hour of the Mustang breed, whether it be the interior or the car altogether

Yet another GM product, the Oldsmobile Eighty Eight(what kind of name is that anyway?)

Now off to some Japanese brands, the Subaru XT6...Decent car with a NASTY interior, with the steering wheel modeled after...a gun maybe?
Also, what the hell was up with that gear lever?(FYI,that is a stick-shift,just so you guys know)

Dodge Aries...Now THIS is the kind of interior that would make you drive with a long face..Was also one of the worst cars of its time(slightly better than the spectacularly atrocious Cadillac Cimarron)

I wonder what we'll think of the 458 Italia interior in 10-20 years. It's arrangement of buttons is quite out of the ordinary just like some of the interior that have posted here.

Good question,who knows?
At the moment it is positively received for the most part, but then again,it is still fairly modern which might be the reason for it.
As for the arrangment of buttons,I maintain, innovative isn't always bad,as Cashmere's post shows. My first posts on this thread were about those who tried to be innovative, yet turned up with NASTY end products.

In my view, more so than the buttons, what made the aforementioned car interiors so terrible was due to the design language of the late 70's-early 90's period, more so than the buttons themselves.

As for the 458,I still like the interior of it(though I sat in one,and found it a bit of a let-down that they used plastic quite excessively.Apart from that, though,I do not think the 458 interior deserves to be among the worst of all times
