****ing ugly and pointless.

?

Its a one-off car made for a movie role, which will provide a relatively small, cash-strapped automotive brand like Aston Martin much needed exposure. Many design cues will be featured on upcoming models.

Looks are subjective but maybe we have a different meaning of the word "pointless"?

when i saw it during the initial presentatio, i thought it looked quite good. But the more I see, the more I realize it lacks a certain sexiness or aggression that you'd see in the DB4 or DBS.

Considering how much Aston Martin pays attention to aesthetics and proportions, I am surprised to see such an underwhelming design.

If they are cash strapped then they shouldn't waste money making one-off cars and make cars that could make them some much needed money.

This cars styling is not Aston Martin's finest hour, the details look unresolved. Front grill just doesn't look very neat and is not attractive, it seems to be missing a chrome outline that would make it more attractive and the front lights also don't look Aston Martin. The back looks okay but maybe too much of a similarity to the F-type. Its a one off special for a movie but hoping they wont give the green light to bring it to production.

Given that everyone is salivating over the Jaguar C-X75, I don't think the DB10 has enough buzz to be production worthy.

Considering this is the styling direction AM is heading in with their upcoming with their upcoming DB11, it's not bad. The only thing I am not too fond of is the catfish front.
